Mysql Crashing on: [FATAL] Semaphore wait has lasted > 600 seconds

Once a day or two we get the bellow error and the mysql crashingt:

MySQL InnoDB slow query log on transaction fail

I’m looking for a way to record slow transaction logs that will not complete.

High write times (apparently random) to a MySQL InnoDB table

I have a performance issue in MySQL.
I have a relatively simple table that only uses numeric values.
