I want to create custom maps (meaning using my own 2d satelite/drone images) with the ability to view multiple iterations of the imagery (meaning when there is imagery from a later point in time of the same area one should be able to quickly compare them), add highlighted areas, notes etc.
Are there any ready made tools of that you are aware of, i did not find any in my research.
The alternative is of course to build it myself but i dont want to do more work than is needed when creating an mvp, so i thought i would better ask before starting.

Google Maps API is not allowed to build similar products that they already have.
