I purchased a Google Colab Pro subscription on August 10th, but my account still shows as unsubscribed. Although the resource units have been updated in the resources section, I am unable to use Colab Pro because my session crashes every 15 minutes. Contacted the [email protected] through email regarding a refund, and they don’t even reply back.
