Need to confirm if version 4.164.34.0 is compatible with D320i using version firmware version 3.4.0.33
Need to confirm if OP300 version 4.164.34.0 is compatible with D320i coder firmware 3.4.0.33? Op300 has just been upgraded from version 2.43.56.0. It is a standalone PP unit that connects directly to the coder. It is not connected to a LM. I can ping the coder successfully and coder is in a ready to print state. When attempting to build a ref, this message is displayed ”Error, cannot initialize the coder”.
I think there maybe a compatibility issue with coder our version 4.164 and the coder firmware 3.4.0.33?
Current backup available on the ticket 71702. Logs taken but they do not mention this error
