I’m trying to run a live boot of Kali Linux from a USB drive on my MacBook with an M2 silicon chip, but I’m facing some issues. Despite several attempts, the USB drive does not appear in the boot menu, and I’ve tried using various methods like dd and Balena Etcher to create the bootable USB. Each time, the Disk Utility shows the USB as having a FAT12 format with only 745 KB of free space after the ISO is written, which seems incorrect.
