Create jenkins job that can take name, svn url as input and create jobs based on existing base job

Create jenkins job that can take name, svn url as input and create jobs based on existing base job.

Jenkin can not rename folder as tutorial eventhough user can rename the folder as usual?

I am newbie with Jenkin and here is my problem.
