enter image description herehi can someone help me how this works or how I can make this effect. The hidden text only appears when someone hover it on visible text and the hidden text only visible inside that custom cursor
I tried with css clipping mask and Javascript mouse follow cursor but I think it’s not easy.

Each one of the following if statements works perfectly as long as the other if statement isn’t present. I don’t understand why having both if statements causes the function not to work. I’ve tried so many variations but can’t figure it out. This is the code:
