I use the amsify suggestags plugin to provide more than 1 option, but when amsify is used in the bootstrap v 5.3 modal the amsify list is not visible and looks like it is under the modal

I am trying to create Sliding Panel with Draggable Functionality using bootstrap 5 and jQuery but using mousemove event , i found that the panel not moving as quick as mouse that made the entire experience not smooth.
