There’s a blue band with an image near the top that links to another page. That whole thing is an image. If you rollover it you’ll it displays a grey bar with a plus sign. I’m trying to do a simple rollover by changing CSS opacity, but that only changes the opacity of the grey box. If I remove the link, that behavior stops. I need to figure out how to stop that grey box rollover behavior when it’s a link. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
