I am trying to figure out the perfect xsl template for my html navigation.

I am using XLST to transform into html, there is a section where I would like the comment box to be aligned on the same line as the text. I have attached a picture of what I am aiming for along with the XSLT and CSS code…I am pretty sure I need to configure the CSS code but I do not know how, your help is highly appreciated!
