We have a use case where I need to pull the most recent Encounter using FHIR but all I have is the MRN of the patient to go off of. What parameters should I use to ensure I get the most recent encounter of a patient?

we need to capture a Patient’s healthcare literacy for a specific use case. While we capture this in an App via Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse, the post processing in the backend should turn the QuestionnaireResponse into a FHIR conformant structure.

I am requesting an access token from FHIR sandbox for a standalone web app (no client secret). On my redirect page I collect code and state from URL, and then fetch access token.
