We are moving from version 9.x to Cloud version for insurance suite. JAVA_HOME is pointing to jdk 11.22 and IDEA_HOME is pointing to the correct version of IntelliJ IDEA . But on starting the debug server encountering the below issue

We are getting a render exception after starting PC server. Before this we did a PC upgrade to higher version. The render exception is being thrown on entering any coverages screen or any screen with Coverages tab. In short, none of the coverages are loading on the screen after upgrade.

I know this is not very specific, but I’ll be grateful for any suggestions.

We have added a newEvent from the PCF(UI)for Guidewire Claim Center . Once the user updates ant fields we have written the code to create a newEvent , which in turn will trigger the Event Fired Rule and the Payload generation.
When we check this functionality in a non clustered env we are fine no issues here . But when we test the functionality in a clustered environment (Separate UI and batch servers) the functionality is not triggering on the UI server . Its a Load balancer URL so the user will always be logged in the UI server and not the batch server. Can someone help with this.

We would like to move several users and groups from one organization to another in PolicyCenter. There are a few scenarios where this could happen.

I am facing some issues while starting up the studio using gwb command. I am running Policy Center version 10.2.3 and it requires an external version of IntelliJ Idea. I downloaded the Idea zip and added its location to PATH in windows. I created IDEA_HOME variable that works in Windows but the same does not get recognized on Mac. Has anyone run the latest premise version on Mac? How do you setup the path and make gwb recognize it? I get the below error on Mac even after setting the variable.

This is specific to Claim Notes Cloud API. OOTB Configuration is defined as return only 100 Characters of Note Body when fetching all notes for given Claim. If we need entire body, then I need to invoke another Cloud API with specific note publicID. This behavior is achieved by configuring the ‘x-gw-extensions’.

We are working on transition. We need to create a policy in policy from the information provided in csv file. We launched the new line of business recently but as a part of transition. We need to create a policy that is effective before the line was even released in prd. What’s a ideal solution?

The long build times are currently a productivity killer.
