Last Monday, I attempted to create a Google Developers account. I added my card and created a payment profile, but I couldn’t complete the process at that time. On Saturday, I received an email regarding an incomplete payment and completed the payment through the link provided in the email. However,I am not able to login to google play console, and the app says there is no developer id linked to the e-mail account.
Can you please help me with this?

I uploaded my app bundle on play console and then they sent me some error and warnings which i need to correct before they can proceed with the app publishing.
