I just filled out a Google form on 8th July but I am not sure whether I submitted that form or not. I want to confirm that it was submitted or not as it is very urgent. So I need help.
Please tell the procedure how I can check my previous responses.

I’ve created a Google Form for submission requests. I’ve added the Performflow add on to send an email to a group to approve the task submission. The issue I’m having is that performflow allows the entire group to approve, rather than just one member and then notifying the group that the task has been taken already. Should I use a different add on or how can I get the form to only assign the task to one person, but allow multiple people to get the request with one form submission?

i have a survey were people can register for different days and times. But i only want to allow 4 people to register at any given time.

Hari jumat minggu lalu, saya tidak sengaja menduplikat pertanyaan ke-17 yang tertera di gambar, saya tidak sengaja menghapus pertanyaan yang sudah berisi data responden. Saya tidak menyadarinya dan saya menghapusnya serta menggunakan pertanyaan duplikat yang ada di google form. Sehingga, sekitar 20-an responden saya yang sudah mengisi data di pertanyaan tersebut hilang.
