The data to be put in different rows of a column is referred from same row of different columns in a separate sheet while the data to be put in the next column is referred from second row different columns from that other sheet.this is the sheet where the data is to be put, different cells of same color is referred from different rows of the second sheet
which is- this is the second sheet and the different cells of same color go into different columns in first sheet

I have a sheet in Excel that has many formulas and it gets the necesary inputs from a sheet called “inputs”. someone else is in charge of maintaining this “input” sheet.
