My team wants to implement Google Cloud Monitoring dashboard to oversee systems and services are running up and down. The dashboard will help testers and developers to check on daily basis if systems are up or down. Not all of services will migrate to GCO. Is the GCO able to monitor external services not migrated to Google Cloud ?
