I need help to avoid overlapping nodes in a network in Cytoscape since there are so many that it becomes difficult to do it manually. I have used some layouts but they do not avoid overlapping, genemania manages to separate them but it is not how I would like the network drawn.

i got a similarity score matrix by using CCREPE package on R. I would like to visualize the co-occurence by using the app CoNet from Cytoscape.
Everytime i upload the .TSV matrix and .TSV p-values, i got an error

I have made this network on Cytoscape using the Omics Visualizer App, but now I want to decrease the size of the nodes/circles and increase the size of the gene name label. I am also using the Desktop Windows version of the software. How can I do this?
