I joined a new company and their website is built in .NET with C# and HTML, CSS, Javascript, but I only know basic HTML, CSS, JS and PHP.

i joined new company and their website build in **.net,C# **and html,cs,js but i only know basic html css js and PHP . i want to run these website on my local PC where i edit their code and perform basic editing like add margin or change headings. my website is hosted on plesk , and from plesk **C-penal **i downloaded all coding files + database , after making backup of both of them . when i extract database files , they dont show any .sql or .bak file !! they show file which is not readable which extension is FILE . provide me solution how i run website on my local PC, is i need to download database from another place ?
