It is mentioned in the Microsoft Legal Information that Bing Search Services do not follow any DPA. They have also stated that no GDPR terms are followed for the Bing Search Services. Does Bing Search Services allow cross-DC communication? I mean, if there is a request from an US location, will it reach EU servers? If there is a request from an EU location, will it reach outside servers?
It is also mentioned that the Bing Search Services are not a part of EU Data Boundary Services.
So, that means.. does Bing ask the users in the EU to agree to any new terms and conditions specific to the region?
