I’m trying to handle files in bot framework in teams.

i want to implement to a live agent in bot framework composer and not SDK when the bot doesnt have an answer for the user question i found this doc https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-service-design-pattern-handoff-human?view=azure-bot-service-4.0 but it’s for SDK and not bot framework composer , and when implementing this feature i have to use third party service ? are there any microsoft service for Live agent ?
