I am developing a Flutter app and need to ensure it targets Android 14 (API level 34) as required by the Google Play Console. Here is my current android/app/build.gradle configuration:

I wanna publish app to play store, but close testing need 20 accounts. Just send me your mail account and i add your email to testers list, after that url is available for you.

We have an account from an private person where the app was stuck in moderation and never released. At one point, we decided to re-publish the app on behalf of the company, however, our new account was instantly terminated. Google, does not explain the exact reason, however, the only thing that comes to mind is Copyright violation or faking another app
