I have created a meta developer account to use Graph API but I’m facing restrictions. I want to be able to browser ads relate to a keyword. What are the possible solutions?

I wrote an android app to retrieve url in the in app browser of the facebook application but without success. How can I do this? Does Facebook give special permission to perform this kind of operation? Which ones?
