I’m trying to request a production API key but I got an error on the third step, I did sign the contract but process didn’t go through and I can’t validate the step even though I received the contract, the application status stays in TEST. is this normal ? Should I wait 72h even though the app status is still in test ?

I used 3/4 APIs in test and worked well.
Then I decided to do some tests with prod environment (I have the API key and API Secret), but all my APIs call returning this:

The SSL Certificate of test.api.amadeus.com has expired.

I want to ask about the PNR.
What is the valid duration of the PNR?
Specifically, I am interested in understanding how long a PNR remains active and valid within the Amadeus system. For instance, is it valid for 1 day, 1 month, or a different period? Your feedback on this matter is significant to me as it helps in planning and managing travel bookings effectively. Knowing the exact duration can assist in making timely decisions regarding reservations, cancellations, or modifications.

I haven’t been able to access any Delta flights using the flight offers search API. Is this something that is limited to production mode? Or am I searching wrong?

i followed the steps to pass from test environment to production environment but after 72 hours waiting it remains on test mode.

My early-stage startup is aiming to create a modern airfare booking experience, akin to Shopify’s checkout. Our express checkout button lives on the airline’s website after the traveller has selected the flight itinerary, fare class and passengers. We have a requirement to populate flight offer information from a single ID, that is passed by the airline as a query param in our URL. So that we can complete the rest of the booking, i.e. collect passenger information, add ancillaries and collect payment.

For our enhancement, we are trying to access the below URL’s and see that our traffic is reaching these sites but we are not getting any traffic back.
