I have a phone where the admin has blocked developer options and root access. Neither can I use ADB nor can I use an app that requires root access. But I really need to access the two settings. Note it’s an Infinix hot 40i and it is using Android 13. How do I go about it considering the admin won’t give me access?

It works for me until yesterday.
I can run adb devices to see the devices list and adb shell to login into devices.
