I am trying to install URL Rewrite using the installer at this link to windows server 2012 r2. But no matter how many times I try to re-install, the event viewer application always shows this particular message. “The Module DLL C:Windowssystem32inetsrvrewrite.dll failed to load. The data is the error.”

I can only install the x64 bit version and I’m at my end searching for the error on this part. Please someone help…

I cannot install visual c++ 2015 redistributable, but I can install the visual c++ 2013 redistributable. And server has no internet so I couldn’t do any windows update.

I’ve checked my IIS management and found no Web Platform Installer.
