‘sudo apt upgrade htop’ log says htop is already the newest version (3.0.5-7) although latest is 3.3.0

Running Raspberry Pi 3B+ 64 bit

I have tried ‘sudo apt update’ which ran correctly and then ‘sudo apt upgrade htop’ log says htop is already the newest version (3.0.5-7) although latest is 3.3.0
