I don’t understant why but writing latex on sublime text and I don’t understant why when I press the ” button (34th character in ASCII in decimal) it writes two `(96th character in ASCII in decimal) and two ‘ (39th character in ASCII in decimal). It only does that when I type in Latex.

I tried to type in xml and I didn’t have this problem. I have no clue where to look for the solution tho.
