Server has SSRS Enterprise 16.0.1113.11 installed in native mode in a scale-out deployment sitting under an F5 load balancer. Load balancer fails because it believes the server is down.
There is a cert configured for this with the IP address and DNS names for this server
The Web Portal URL under Report Server Configuration manager is configured to have HTTP as all assigned IPs and HTTPS with all IPv4 addresses and the cert above. The URLs show that the http url with the server name and the https urls with the DNS names in the cert configured, but it does not have the IP address available for https.
The Web Portal URL is accessible with the DNS names and http with IP address, however trying to resolve to the IP address with https fails with a 404 error.
I am not sure if I’m missing a configuration somewhere and the log files aren’t showing any errors.
I’ve modified the rsreportserver.config trying to add in the IP address under the URL root as https and trying various configurations within Report Server Configuration Manager directly setting the IP address under the Web Portal URL configuration instead of IPv4 etc.
