I’m trying to test if GraphDB can be used along with the NLP annotation tool called INCEpTION.
Connecting the two app was a breeze, unlike other databases. However, I’m noticing that it’s extremely slow – so slow that it’s hard to use. Where should I look into to resolve this?
To test its connection,
- I downloaded a desktop version of GraphDB for Mac.
- Followed the starwars tutorial and created a repository with
starwars.ttl - Connected to the starwars repository with given endpoint using username and password, which was successful.
