I have a CentOS 7 VPS that I need to move because I had an SMTP server set up on Cloudzy.com, who won’t open port 25 under any circumstance. My server is set up just the way I want it, so I want to back it up to move to another VPS. And, uh, ask next time before I subscribe. 🙂 How do I take a backup of the server that can be moved? My background is in Windows so if they had a DOS prompt… I actually still wouldn’t know what to do. I need a free tool to do it with. Thanks in advance for your help.
I took Snapshots of the VPS, but Cloudzy doesn’t allow you to download them so even if they aren’t in a proprietary format, it still won’t do me any good. The technical support was clear, we’re happy to help you do anything you want on Cloudzy. Even you’re leaving, even if it’s because we won’t let you do what you’re paying to do, you have our be wishes and complete lack of interest.
