I’m using Forms to get requests from employees. I know how to get the Form by email, but I would like to get the Google Sheets or a PDF with the answers calculated and put in the right format.
Basically, let’s say I get a request for a day off, the Google Sheets will calculate if the request is made 14 days in advance, show if the manager should wait for a proof or contact the employee asked to replace… etc, all put in nicely in a page. I can send manually these requests, but I would prefer to have them sent automatically every time the Form gets an answer.
Even better, if the file sent could be in xls so my staff only need to copy paste the info put in the right format in the schedule generator that I made, but that seems a little farfetched.

Mostly find an add-on that could already do something like that. I know a bit of script and vb excel, but I’m not a programmer by far.
