I am currently working on a project that involves using an ontology in Protégé. I have manually added relations between classes and made several annotations. Now, I am at the stage where I need to validate my ontology.

I am looking for a reasoner based on machine learning or AI that can not only validate the ontology but also read and understand the annotations I have added. Specifically, I would like to:

Validate the consistency and correctness of the relations between classes.
Utilize my annotations for more informed validation.
Could anyone recommend existing reasoners that use machine learning or AI techniques compatible with Protégé? Additionally, any guidance on how to integrate such a reasoner with Protégé, as well as pointers to relevant documentation, projects, or research papers, would be highly appreciated.
