As a full-stack developer with 1.5 years of experience, I’ve worked with technologies like Arduino, Influx, React, Django, Laravel, MQTT, and more. Initially joining a 100-person company as a fresher, I was assigned an IoT-based project within a month. While I appreciated the opportunity to learn as a newcomer, after about 16 months, I began to feel stagnant in the project. Despite expressing my concerns to seniors, they advised against changing projects, insisting it was beneficial. However, I strongly feel this phase of my career should be focused on learning new skills. This situation has led to a sense of negativity. What steps should I take?
