Do anyone have an example/description on how to calculate second-order autoregressive triangles? It’s a autoregressive modelling to look for delayed effects, typically used in identifying if an animal population has regular fluctuations (e.g., lemming cycles). They are also known as Royama triangles. I would love to try and perform this in R, but have no idea where to start 🙂
Reading the method description in papers that uses this gives me hint, but I’m afraid I need more babysteps to be able to do it myself in R.
