Can someone help me build an RTD Oscillator (Resonant Tunneling Diode) in SystemVue?

I’m trying to construct it using capacitors, resistors, and possibly X-parameters and Circuit_Link. (maybe there is a mistak in the components)

Could someone please show me how the circuit should be set up and where to place the equations?
