we r working on a project
we use github to upload our work

now
i made a lot of modifications, then i wanted to do git push
but i needed also to do git pull
after that i fixed the merge conflicts
and started again doing other modifications
but
i didn’t notice at first that one of my files has been deleted
so how to restored (it has never been saved to github, it was only in my computer, i mean its new content, now if i want to go back to last commits, it also doesn’t contain my file with its new content, im in trouble what to doo)
please help me I have no time

I don’t know what to do, Im beginner, i tried git merge –abort, git restore
but ive no idea what im doing,
again, i said i did some git add and commit after this trouble, so I don’t know where I am
