It gives me errors uts not completely well implemented I guess?

I don’t know if I did everything correctly I’d need help coding a RNN from scratch to use for prediction in foreign for my bot, it will use the prices to learn and I set targets to be [1,0] for learning buy and [0,1] for learning to sell and and I also want to include reinforcement learning where will assist ut learn better how can I do that?
