The Qualtrics Survey displays different styling in mobile view preview compared to how it actually appears on mobile devices.

Below is a screenshot from Qualtrics’ preview mode, with arrows highlighting the styling discrepancies. The boxes are not the correct size. Additionally, the margin is missing in the preview.
