How do i find this element by selenium? It doesn’t show anything when i print whole html source.

I tried right clicking it, you can get whole inspect element html code to get xpath, but I have no idea how to implement this in my code. I had some projects before in selenium and I don’t remember having to deal with this before so I think it was added recently.
