Can someone help-me solve a problem in my app in IIS?

So the problem is, i already follow the steps from different videos and just keep doing the same, my static python files are working like without frameworks.

But in my Flask app is not working when i try to search for my app he just keeps an infinite loop in google like is searching for something, i already did a new web.config and does´t work.

i already try to unninstall and install python again, and just doesn´t work can someone help me?
