I am trying to import a csv file (CovidDeaths.csv) into pgadmin4. While importing it, I am getting the error which I have attached.error while importing

It is driving me crazy, can someone pls help me on what needs to be done so that I can import it to Pgadmin4.
I am importing it into Pgadmin4 and everytime getting the same error. I have been looking various videos on youtube and other articles on google as well, but not getting clue on where I am wrong.
