Every-time I try to breathe my mac machine is asking me for my password. This is breaking my concentration and preventing me to be efficient at work.

I already entered my password at logon, I’m an admin on the machine, I just want to be able to access my file, modify, execute and delete them. Right now my mac is preventing me to open a rider project because “rights” and I’m stucked editing c++ files with TextEdit which means I’m going nowhere.

How can I tell my machine to stop asking me for my password ?
