can someone please help with a dax code?

I am trying to create a ‘best performing region’ on my dashboard. I have a column which gives me the highest value, but I want the value given to be the column name.

Im using 6 regions, I want the best performing region on my dashboard. My dashboard is filtered so for each PI and each year it will show the best performing region.
