I have an excel sheet which I’m using to collect and ingest data. The sheet consists of a a table with 5 columns, in order to keep the sheet looking clean I hid all columns to the right of the table.

I’m trying to include a textbox over the hidden columns to provide the user with some instructions but excel won’t let me place anything over the hidden section of the excel sheet. Is there anyway to place a floating box (textbox or image) over a hidden area in excel?
