I am facing issues with Persona verification. Here’s what happens:
- I followed the instructions provided during the verification process.
- I positioned my face in the center of the camera.
- I turned my head left and right as instructed.
- Persona showed that the verification was successfully submitted and prompted me to refresh the page.
- After refreshing, it displayed a message saying that my verification could not be completed.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? How did you resolve it? Is there anything I might be doing wrong, or is it a technical issue on Persona’s side?
I tried refreshing, but it showed that the verification could not be completed. I attempted to contact the Kaggle support team via email but received no response. I deleted my account and registered again, but the same issue still occurred.
