Hello everyone i am new to linux in general and i just installed linux mint yesterday on my old Lenovo Ideapad S145 but i am having a problem i cant solve. i have a Hyper X Cloud Alpha headset, brand new, no drivers needed specific for him since he is analog with a P2 connector and the notebook has a Realtek ALC236 sound chip. i am quite the newbie to all this but whenever using on windows the headset microphone would work just fine, but here on linux the microphone wont work, it is completely muted and it will just say Headset microphone (unplugged) on Pavucontrol.

I have tried many things to the point some friends helped me reinstall the audio drivers completely from scratch to no avail. using HDAJackRetask also wont work and even the normal sound controller from Mint wont even recognize it at all. i am completely without options. here are some screenshots:
