I own a google form and can access the form to edit it. When I use the “copy link” to send it to myself to fill it out, it’s just a blank page. I click through “Next” and “back” and nothing ever appears. This form has worked for me in the past.
I tried:
- Looked at the settings of the google form to make sure that I did not have to be signed into my organization to fill out the form, nor was I limited to one attempt of filling it out
- to open a new window, a different browser (safari)
- to clear cache and cookies
- to use a browser with a different google account
None of these solutions allowed me to fill out the form
