I have this block in figma. It isn`t hard to make inner oval field with sections (seems to easy use clip-path). But I have some troubles to make blocks with different form around oval section. There are something like lemon parts. Which the best way to make this design?

I think about svg or clip-path – is it ok? What ur opinion?
