Trying to figure out how to add “sent items” only from another user, without granting full mailbox access. Using the option “Open and Export > Other Users Folder” only allows me to choose from pre-selected choices like Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc, there is no sent items option in this list.
I have provided the delegate proper access to the sent items folder within the mailbox by right-clicking the folder, and adding the user into the permissions tab, however, every time I do this, then go back into the permissions tab and check, the users name doesn’t appear in the ACL.
The sent items folder shows up in the delegates Outlook, however no items load within the folder. Both users are on Exchange Online and running the Outlook 365 client.
