I have installed Oracle Forms and Reports 12c along with Java JDK 1.8.0_202 on my Windows 11 64-bit system. I’ve successfully configured the repository with the prefix DEV1 and set up WebLogic.
However, I’m encountering an issue with accessing the Enterprise Manager (EM). After starting both the Node Manager and WebLogic Server, when I attempt to log in to EM via http://localhost:7001/em, the page gets stuck loading and doesn’t display anything.
I’ve checked that the WebLogic Server is running, but the EM console never fully loads. Has anyone experienced this issue or can suggest a solution?
